Taemin on WGM: Episode 1

So after some searching I was able to find Taemin&Na Eun's first WGM episode.

First of all Taemin's arms are wayyyy skinnier than I originially thought they were. Like he needs to gain some weight asap. Him hitting the wall like how he did in BoA's MV 'Disturbance' was more cute than sexy. And he is such a liar I highly doubt you've never held a girls hand. Seriously Taemin? Seriously?

I loved how Key and Onew were so shocked, and annoyed in Key's case, at the maknae going on the show.

 

Taemin stick to dancing and singing, drawing isn't your thing.





Apparently, according to Key, Taemin wears his reactions and feelings on his face. Keep that as a note to self ladies! Then they tried to come up with date ideas Taemin should bring his mysterty woman on. Onew said clay shooting and fishing. Taemin said a horror experience, everyone was appalled! I would have loved that! So Taemin just for you to know if you want to do a horror anything with someone that just so happens to be a female give me a call!

And when he goes to show off with putting on the girls seatbelt, using Key as an example, he looks him dead in the eye. I can't blame Key for laughing because I would have died, and not in a fangirl way.

 

Does Key have an old hicky or is that my imagination?

 

Taemin was adorable when Key asked if he had any feelings whenever he wrapped his arm around someone in a photoshoot (I think it's Minho). And of course Onew wouldn't be Onew without throwing in a chicken reference.

Taemin and Na Eun went on different planes to get to Jeju and it turns out Taemin brought the re-drawn drawing with him. I don't if that's cute or weird. Then when they did arrive Taemin had a sexy car~

Na Eun is a pretty little thing, she seems sweet but if I ever meet someone like her I would get annoyed since I can't deal with overly cute people, oops. But her vampire love reference made me like her more haha. She speaks very softly, I hope Taemin can get her more relaxed(?) side out of her. Honestly she's barely been in the episode so far but I'm starting to like her more, if a guy just snuck up behind me a put his face next to mine like Taemin I would have been freaked too (maybe we would get along?).

The first meeting began as awkward as I thought it would be. And yes they made a Tony joke haha! Okay I totally take back my comment about not being able to get along with her, I'm starting to love this girl. She is like adorably shy and she isn't overbearing. If I was in her shoes I would probably be reacting the same exact way. But omigod Taemin called her pretty... yet my fangirl heart is still in place. Strange. What's stranger is they went from siblings (Salamander Guru) to married. Huh.

And they went to the same middle school! OK I totally ship this couple (watch in the next paragraph or episode I'm gonna wanna cut a bitch). They bonded over baptism names. And have the same religious rings but that's not the point right now. Taemin and I have the same baptism name: Francesco (yes I picked a guys name sue me). WHOOT! Point for me haha.

Points to Taemin to for being blunt and actually getting conversations going! Na Eun has only ever had one-sided love... in Kindergarten. Snaps for you girl. Don't worry I don't believe Taemin not dating before either~ Teehee. Taemin said Na Eun is prettier than him, I have to disallow that statement because no one can be prettier than Taemin, fyi.

He asked her not to get offended at his lack of drawing skills. What's worse is he said 'It look's just like you'. No... Taemin... No. You don't say that dude. Then Na Eun questioned if that's what she really looks like, don't worry you look much better.

Then Taemin called her an introvert... Seriously can I please give this kid lessons? Please? SM do you need my number? Ya know what better yet I'll send an e-mail because this kid needs pointers that aren't from his members.

But it was cute when she said she had to keep looking down and he moved his head so it would be lower for her to see. Cheeky bugger~

 

It does seem off that he keeps looking at the camera, or someone next to the camera.

 

The cutie tried to be all manly by trying the seatbelt thing that he practiced with his hyung's but it just made me, and them, laugh since his arm was apparently too short. He even had problems with his own. Tsk tsk. He said it felt awkward and like he was hitting on her, isn't that kinda the point of this show?

When they were driving Taemin said there was something he really wanted to do, is it bad I wanted him to do a burn out? But he asked about extreme sports instead, clearly he wasn't sated by his Switzerland adventure. Na Eun looked nervous at the question but said yes anyway, if Taemin forces her to do something she doesn't want to Na Eun I will come to your rescue! By that I mean take your place.

The two dorks bonded over meat eating next, turns out the two are bottomless pits. I'm a bottomless pit too but... I'm a vegetarian. Sorry Taemin. And then they both lose and break everything. They are the cutest TT.TT But Taemin and I agree boys are funner to hang around. Points for us!

Taemin brought her to a dock to go parasailing but it was closed! Haha, that is typical Taemin right there.

I'm super surprised over myself I didn't get any butthurt fangirl feelings, I thought they were very cute. The only thing that bugs me is I had this awesome gif ready but I didn't get to use it... so I'll use it now.

'Why So Serious?' Review



Honestly I was surprised SHINee actually released this so close to 'Dream Girl', even though they did state they were going to in April but that's not the point. Since this is a Taemin-centric blog I will focus mostly on Taemin for this blog post.

 

Please don't tell me I'm the only one LOVING Taemin in those goldish-yellow eye contacts? Better than the blue contacts from the RDD era (or was it the Japanese Lucifer promotions?).

 

 

 

And then the adorable yawn going along with that sexy scream dear god Taemin! You're killing me here~ His voice is amazing for this song, I see why they made him the temporary main vocal. Way to go Taemin!

 

And then wait for it he rapped. That's right Taebaby has rapped. And it was very good. At least to me I loved it and that says something because I hate rap with a burning passion. Legit, the only rap I even kinda like is some Kpop rap. I will never listen to American rap and enjoy it, like ever.

 

Honestly there weren't many things I didn't like about this MV, which says something because I'm incredibly picky when it comes to things like this. I loved the outfits, the song, the dance.

My favorite was the Zombie Dance. I hate Zombies but for SHINee I'll make an acception.

 

All the members looked amazing in their outfits, except for that awkward 'A' on Taemin's butt (I feel like that's a hidden message I will not understand until someone points it out to me and I feel like an idiot), and none of them seemed super awkward to me as in they don't seem like they are forcing the image upon themselves.

 

Only two big things bugged me about the video. The first is how that girl keeps popping up, like we go from a dark room to an all white, including clothes, set. Is she supposed to be keeping them grounded or something? Is she the purity in SHINee's life? Their butterfly angel? Why did we get so pure all of a sudden? It's too clashing for me personally.

 

The second thing is wtf is with the cop? Did someone call the popo on SHINee for singing too loud, kidnapping the weird all-white chic or something? Maybe SHINee are secretly witches that are gonna eat her I mean, Onew was sending her looks that I've only seen him send plates of steaming hot chicken before. Seriously. I even looked at the English lyrics and I see nothing to have to do with a cop. Therefore I am convinced the girl was kidnapped, or has amnesia and has finished the game.

 

I know Taemin hates being called cute but I'm sorry his little jump he had behind one of the walls was soooo cute I can't even. He is one of the few human beings I've seen that can do cute and sexy extremely well. Give yourself a pat on the back sir.

 

Overall AMAZING video! And for once I was a good person and actually bought the entire album, SHINee are the only artists' I buy anything from (except Avril Lavigne). The album itself is much.. darker(?) sounding than I was expecting but it all goes very well togther. It kinda freaks me out for what SHINee is gonna do next but that's SHINee for you, and the teasers almost definitely have nothing to do with whatever the MV or song is (Yeah I'm pointing fingers at the Sherlock era).

 

 

 

Taemin and Na Eun on WGM!

Around a week ago it was confirmed that SHINee's Taemin and A-Pink's Na Eun were going to be 'married' on the Korean TV Show 'We Got Married'. At first I was like "OMIGOD TAEMINNNN"
 then I was like "Who the hell is this bi-". So I did some research (aka watched one fan video) on Na Eun. And to me she does seem like a sweet girl, and she's pretty too (personally I don't know how she's the visual though /shot). I can see them getting along because they both have that cutie quality.

 

 

It would be a lie to say I'm not butthurt about all this, because as a Taemint I want the best for Taemin. I don't know much about Na Eun yet so I can't fully judge her even though my rapid fangirl side is telling me she's no good because of her fellow member Eun Ji's aggressive behavior on '1000 Song Challenge'.

 

I can definitely see them at least becoming good friends since their personalities are similar (from what I've heard).

 

I don't fully understand the PD's reason for putting them together though...

 

“Specifically, when they were discussing the topic of love, Taemin talked about his elementary school days while Na Eun talked about her kindergarten days… They met during the first filming and exuded an innocent and fresh vibe. We ask that the viewers also watch over the new on-screen couple of Taemin and Na Eun with love.”

 

I'm sorry but.. what? I can see how he would use this approach simply to get more views, angry Shawol's mostly, thus getting more 'fame' on the internet since we all know WGM isn't the same it used to be. But this is something that seems more suitable to 'We Are Dating' than 'We Got Married'. The show may even be more heavily scripted (totally fine with that) since the two are shy by nature, and I know Taemin is especially in front of females he doesn't really know. I'm OK with the ages for the show, since it is just a show, which the fans should stop being butt hurt about.

 

And then the preview came out.

 

 

The loving looks my heart cannot handle~ It was cute but definitely has more of the dating vibe than married vibe. I wouldn't be surprised if Taemin was the one that wanted to do this the most out of all the SHINee members since he wants to be looked at as a man now and not just the cute little 15-year old that just debuted with a mushroom hair-cut. Speaking of the members I wonder if the SHINee members will pop up during the first episode? ;)

 



Well I don't know about you guys but I can't wait for the first episode!

It Finally Happened

I finally made a blog, and not just any blog but a blog about SHINee's own Taemin! So why did I make this blog? Simple, I'm a Taemint. I've been for around 3-4 years now and he's been my first and only ultimate bias (that's dedication). Girls' Generations Jessica keeps trying to steal that spot but it's not gonna happen. Anyways enough about me lets discuss this blog:
